What is your return policy for website orders?
All unworn items in original condition (tags still attached, no makeup stains or odors, etc) can be exchanged or returned for website merchandise credit (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of DATE of shipment. In the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of shipment arrival) and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, damaged or defective items will be granted exchange for the same item (if available) or store credit will be issued (minus shipping costs).
The following items are FINAL SALE: Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, etc.), Shoes/Boots, Final Cut Clearance items or any item/s that received a 40% or greater discount. No returns or exchanges will be granted for these items.
To return/exchange your purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for return or exchange. Include your Order Number in the subject line. We will respond to your email, and if granted, a return/exchange code will be included in our email response. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend noting the tracking number from your return shipping label. Write the return/exchange code on the outside of your envelope/box and ship to:

Items received after the 14-day return/exchange window will not be given a credit/exchange and will be sent back to you. If you return items that you have tried on and they have makeup on them, you will not be given a credit/exchange and items will be sent back to you. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you. Items returned with pet hair or odors (cigarette smoke, etc.) will be shipped back to you.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours without penalty by calling (765) 994-0233. This excludes sale items which are Final Sale. Check out our return policy above for full details.
Where do you ship?
Luxe Lizzies ships all over the United States, Canada, the U.K., and most countries around the world. We offer $19.99 flat rate shipping for all international orders outside of the continental United States.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the United States for orders $50 or over before taxes and fees. Orders within the U.S. that total under $50 vary in shipping costs due to the weight of the items and number of items ordered. Upon checkout you can calculate shipping costs before completing the order.
International Shipping outside the continental U.S. is $19.99 flat rate.
Most orders, with exception of back-ordered items, are shipped within 3-7 business/shipping days. Back-ordered items normally ship within 15-30 business/shipping days. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but there may be additional delays due to inclement weather, holidays, and USPS exceptions that are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Local Pick-Up Option: FREE Local Pick-up is available to anyone providing a billing address within Wayne County, Indiana. Select this option at checkout, and you can pick-up in our downtown, Richmond boutique within 24-48 hours. An email notification will be sent to you when the item is available for pick-up. If you need the item immediately (the same day), please call 765-994-0233 prior to ordering online to ensure we can fulfill your request.

We are happy to assist you with any additional information or measurements. Please email us at email@example.com and include the Product # of the item you are inquiring about and what information you are requesting. We will respond within 24 hours.
What are sale items?
Final Cut items are items that will no longer be restocked. Sizes and colors are limited availability. Final cut items are Final Sale; NO exchanges or returns.
