IN-STORE PURCHASES & WEBSITE/LIVE ORDERS with PICK-UP:
We will gladly accept returns of eligible* merchandise within 14 Days of purchase for EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds. MUST present receipt AND merchandise must have all original tags attached and be in original sale condition (no signs of wear/use, odors, make-up/stains, unaltered, unwashed). The following items are FINAL SALE: Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, etc.), Shoes, Pillows/Throw Blankets, Candles/Melts, Holiday Decor after the associated holiday has occurred, Clearance Items or any item/s that received a 40% or greater discount.

To begin your return process, please email LUXELIZZIESRETURNS@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of receiving your item/s to insure you have enough time to get the item/s returned before the end of the 14 day return period.
We encourage you to return the item with Tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping/return shipping is the responsibility of the customer & is non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us via email or text (765-994-0233) immediately. Please include pictures of the defect or wrong item. We do have exceptions to our policy for these items.
